You should make a top 10 list or hell, a top 100 (I'm sure you could come up with that many) of signs that the project your working on is doomed to failure.
I believe I have been challenged!
Ooh, if you're going to do a list be sure to add waiting until the last two weeks to get your associated engineers involved.
